Seven suspects have been arrested in separate incidents and six vehicles recovered at the Lebombo border Post between Mpumalanga and Mozambique.
Four of the seven suspects were arrested after members of the Nelspruit Flying Squad received information about a vehicle that was hijacked between Bethal and Secunda.
The suspects were arrested in KaBokweni near White River.
Police also discovered that the owner of the car was allegedly shot and killed during the hijacking incident at Secunda and his body dumped at Morgenzon.
The suspects are expected to appear at the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
