The KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg has dismissed with costs the application by former president Jacob Zuma and French arms company Thales for a permanent stay of prosecution.
The court handed down its ruling on Friday morning.
Zuma will stand trial on charges of corruption and money laundering.
Earlier, supporters of former president Jacob Zuma at the Pietermaritzburg High Court said they were not given enough time to mobilise people to come.
